Demand has been established taking into account population growth. The supply/demand analysis located later in the study will explain why there is a strong demand for Windsor Crossing.
The development also takes advantage of the largest available contiguous parcels available off Interstate 91. Our Plan is to accommodate the over $ 770 MM retail market leakage determined in the sectors of grocery, pharmacy, general merchandisers, and a family restaurant. This aligns the City of Windsor, CT. objectives with our objectives, thus giving us certainty the project will be well received by the municipality.
