I am going back to my country soon, so I want to transfer my lease with
South Hunting Ave LLC to anyone interested (Now to August). The lease lasts
until August, and you can extend it then.
This apartment is right in Back of the hill train station (E-line), with 1
bedroom, 1 bathroom and 1 large living room (with kitchen). By taking a
train, you can get HMS, NEU or HSPH in 8 minutes, or 15 minutes simply by
walking. The monthly rent is 1300$, with additional 30$ of utilities (Heat,
water and electricites) depends on how much you use.
I have all the furniture in the apartment (Bed, mattress, desk, chairs,
microwave oven, air conditioner). Since I am rushing home, you can get 200$
cash back if you can move before 20th Jan, and you can get all the furniture
for fee if you can move in before 25th Jan.
